The Roots of the Caribbean Latin Festival 2022 is a jubilant and inclusive community event in celebration of the performing arts. This outdoor family entertainment festival will gather dozens of music performers, dances as well as tastings of different Caribbean Latin Cuisine and beverages. The goal of The Roots of the Caribbean Latin Festival is to honor people from all over the Caribbean and Latin America, feature different sounds of: Kompa, Reggae, Merengue, la Banda Brazil; Calypso, and Salsa, and will expose the people of Broward and Miami-Dade, Florida to historical values. We proudly feature live recorded performances by: Nengo Flow, Clio PR; King Fara, Chimbala; Gio k, Sarodj, Misty Jean; Comedian Mazora, Deejay JonJ, Deejay Lil King and many more first-time performers from the Caribbean.
